Trumpeted by Lonely Boy, El Camino follows a trajectory of a rock sound that has become informally trademarked by the Black Keys. The vocal performances on this album along with the songwriting deliver. The main critique of this album is that it can come off a bit redundant, and to some extent requires a bit of close attention to delineate song from song. A lot sounds similar. I will have to revisit this album to actually come to a complete verdict but all in all, enjoyable and palatable.
Favorite Songs: Lonely Boy, Dead and Gone, Little Black Submarines, Run Right Back.
Also, one of my favorite music videos of all time.
