Thank you Mike for this rec, I don’t know how I hadn’t listened to Yellowman before, even though I had heard of him. Now he is easily one of my favorite reggae artists and this has already gotten a ton of play. Highly recommended!

Also, I got very confused when I heard the beginning of All Mixed Up, or rather learned that All Mixed Up sampled Yellowman, but it figures. 311 needs no investigation.
