365 – New Music Daily

Step to Rhythm is the first full length Turnstile album – and thus has some of the rawness that embodies a bands first album – which is a great aspect that comes through on many of the tracks. However, for my personal taste, I really love punk with a melodic aspect (think Green Day, or Glow On from this band), thus their most recent album trumps this one for me by a lot. Nice to hear a few of these songs – especially the outro where you can start to hear the direction the band has ended up going in with their most recent LP. If you are into this kind of music though, I would highly recommend Glow On, an album which is one of my favorites and will get a long review soon.
